The fine print

Terms & conditions

Last updated · April 2026

By using Shedules you agree to these terms. They're written to be short and understandable, not to hide things.

What Shedules is

Shedules is a free hobby app for coordinating hangouts with friends. We try to keep it up, but we can't promise uptime, data permanence, or that features won't change. Use your own backups for anything you can't afford to lose.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in info secure and for everything that happens through your account. Don't share your account. You must be old enough to legally consent to these terms in your jurisdiction (usually 13+, or 16+ in parts of Europe).

Acceptable use

Don't use Shedules to harass, stalk, defraud, or harm other people. Don't post content that's illegal, hateful, sexual about minors, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't try to break the service, scrape data in bulk, or abuse the APIs.

We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. We'll generally try to tell you why.

Content you post

You own what you post — your availability, your hang plans, your wall posts, your polls. You grant us the minimum rights we need to store, transmit, and display that content on the service (so, among other things, we can show your hang to the friends you invited).

No warranty, no liability

Shedules is provided “as is” with no warranty. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages — lost plans, missed hangs, wedding-date confusions, etc. This isn't a professional scheduling tool. Double-check the important stuff.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and bump the date. If something material changes, we'll try to let signed-in users know in-app.
